The DPS Society is a non-profit, non-proprietary educational body widely recognised for its progressive approach and commitment to excellence. It has been founded and managed by distinguished members and luminaries of the society. Consequently, Delhi Public Schools have become significant portals of learning and growth of young minds. Our credo is to provide an all round development & sound moral base. Fostering character building & nurturing the inquisitive spirit of children, encouraging scientific temperament & strengthening social bonds, are our constant endeavours. Based on the premise that good education is the high road to both individual and national progress, the Society has proved to be a significant trend-setter.
Delhi Public Schools, with the motto "Service Before Self", have been serving the Society in the field of education for the last 59 years. School followed school in rapid succession, and today the Society has grown into a family of more than 150 schools. The growing number of schools under this organization signifies how the need to provide meaningful education, to a large number of children, desirous of growing into educated & liberated human beings, has been fulfilled. Each school has developed into a pace - setting autonomous institution, with a well-designed programme of instruction, based on the pursuit and promotion of excellence. While the former, known as the Core schools, have been set up by the Society in New Delhi and its neighboring states, after having acquired the land and designing the construction, the Satellite or the associated schools are those which have been established across the country in collaboration with certain Public Sector Undertakings. DPS Maruti Kunj was established in collaboration with DPS Society and Maruti Udyog Ltd. (now Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.) on 24th July 1995.

Admission Process for the academic session 2015-16
Application forms are available in the school office on all working days (Monday to Friday) as and when advertised (Sept/Oct).
Admission to Nur / Prep :-
Admission to Nursery and Prep is through observation/Interaction. Date and Timing for the same are intimated at the time of submission of the registration form. Click here to download Online Registration Form.
Age Criteria (as on 31/3/2015)
Nursery 3 Years & 6 Month onward
Prep to class XII 4 Years & 6 Month onward
At the time of registration , the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative office:-
* Duly filled in and signed registration form.
* An attested photo copy of municipal corporation Certificate/local bodies for date of birth.
* An attested photo copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
* Registration charges Rs. 500/- by CASH or DD in the favour of DPS Maruti Kunj, payable at Gurgaon.
Note:-Incomplete registration form will not be accepted.
Both parents should be present at the time of observation / Interaction session.
Admission to class - Nur & Prep
Admission to Class - I to Class - XII is through a written test and an interview/observation.
At the time of registration , the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative office:-
* Duly filled in and signed registration form.
* A Bonafide Certificate by the previous school.
* An attested photo copy of Municipal Corporation Date of Birth Certificate.
* An attested photo copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, (if applicable).
* Registration charges by CASH/DD in favour of DPS Maruti Kunj, payble at Gurgaon.
* A copy of the final exam report card of the pervious class to be submitted.
Note:- Incomplete registration form, without photograph will not be accepted.

Smart Class
The school boasts of three smart class rooms (one in the senior school and one each in both the primary wings) which is the latest development in the field of technology oriented teaching- learning process of education.
Library
The school has sprawling libraries in the senior and junior wing, well stocked with around 30 thousand books. The rich collection of books is updated every year. The library was the proud recipient of “The Best Library Award in the session 2002-03".
Labs
Science Lab :- The school takes pride in having one of the most well equipped Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories in the town.
IT Lab :- The senior wing has two computer labs with a total number of 40 computers in each lab. It provides computer access to students on one to one basis. The students have internet, multimedia and LAN facilities. The primary wings of DPS MK and Sector-28 also have similar facilities.
Transport
Students can avail of the School Transport subject to the availability of seats. The routes of the school buses are drawn up and the parents should consult the school transport incharge for necessary details.
The School owns a fleet of 27 buses together with some private buses and they cover 28 routes in and around Gurgaon including Sohna.The bus fees ranges from appx. Rs. 950/- Rs. 1170/- to Rs.1560/- per month depending upon the distance of travel.
